PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the strength of a plate base for fitting of at least one of a tank for housing coins in bulk and a driving device for driving a rotary disk inside of the tank. SOLUTION: A flange is integrally formed with the whole peripheral edge of a plate base so as to improve a vertical cross sectional coefficient of the plate base with the flange, and the strength is thereby improved.
