PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly conduct calling notification to a receiver by reducing a time lag generated when a transmitter carried by a poriomania person calls to a receiver installed on a monitoring person side. SOLUTION: The transmitter 1 carried by the poriomania person is provided with a vibrator 10 for generating a reference clock, a timing generation circuit 11 for generating various timing from the reference clock, a calling button 12 for calling the receiver 2 installed on the monitoring person side, a calling detection circuit 13 for detecting pushing of the calling button, a reset circuit 14 for resetting the timing generation circuit when the calling button is pushed, a data generating circuit 15 for generating ordinary data in an ordinary time and generating calling data in a calling time, a high frequency transmitting circuit 16 for intermittently transmitting the respective data generated by the data generating circuit in a high frequency, and a switch 19 for controlling a power source for the high frequency transmitting circuit by a control signal from the timing generation circuit.
