PURPOSE: A system for processing coal cinder is provided to easily and effectively separate incompletely burned carbon from the coal cinder after the burning of coal, and to acquire the coal cinder having high purity and uniform granularity. CONSTITUTION: The system for separating coal cinder into refined cinder and waste cinder comprises a coal cinder supply device(10) for collecting and supplying the coal cinder; a cyclone(30) for primarily separating the coal cinder into the refined cinder and the waste cinder by using a centrifuge method and a contact frictional electrification method; an electrostatic separation device(52) for secondarily separating the refined cinder; and a collecting device(88) for dividing the waste cinder and the refined cinder to collect the refined cinder.
