摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material of a surface protecting layer for an optical recording medium, forming the protecting layer excellent in transparency, film thickness uniformity and adhesive properties. SOLUTION: A transparent adhesive (B) containing a cationically polymeric copolymer (B-1), a cationically polymeric monomer (B-2) and a photopolymerization initiator (B-3) is applied on one surface of a transparent film (A) to form the material of the surface protecting layer for the optical recording medium.
