PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection member which enables high-density and stable connections with reduced extention in the laterial direction when connecting electrical circuit components, and to provide a method of forming the connection member using simple processes. SOLUTION: The method of forming the connection member comprises a process of forming a first resist layer 15, having a first opening on en electroe 13 of a member 11 to be connected; a process of forming a second resist layer 16, having a second opening which is larger than the first, on the first resist layer 15; a process of forming an electrolytic plating section 17 in the first and second openings through electrolytic plating; a process of removing the first and second resist layers. Preferably, a cathode-polarizing additive is added to the plating liquid. |
