PURPOSE: A striker fixing apparatus of a door latch for a vehicle is provided to alleviate an impact force to a striker and to prevent shaking and clicking, by installing an elastic member at a striker fixing part. CONSTITUTION: A door latch body(10) is configured to open and close a door and has upper and lower shafts(10a,10b) installed at upper and lower parts to be penetrated. A latch closer(11) is installed so as to be rotated at the upper shaft(10a) and is contact with a striker(15) when a door is closed. A pawl(12) is installed to be rotated at the lower shaft(10b) and controls the latch closer(11) when the door is closed. An elastic member(14) is installed at a striker fixing part(13) of an inlet side of a striker(15) of the door latch body(10), and alleviates an impact force to the striker(15) when a door is closed. The elastic member(14) fixes the striker(15) at driving.
