PURPOSE: A system for supplying an apartment complex arrangement by geomantic studies, plane design, and a virtual reality service is provided to manufacture detailed diagram data via an architectural compensation step based on direction decision data and basic data, and to implement the detailed diagram data as virtual reality data in a virtual reality engine, so as to directly show a video to customers for a total service by geomantic studies. CONSTITUTION: A direction database(1) inputs information on 24 directions and 24 stars. An iron database(2) decides topography and inputs information on land for housing. A map information recognition database(3) inputs man recognition information. An input information database(4) inputs input-inducing information to display questions. A direction-deciding processor(7) decides directions of entire building and directions of individual housing and attached buildings. An east/west private house-deciding processor(8) decides left/right directions, gate directions, and other directions. An internal plane-deciding processor(9) outputs information on an internal building plane structure and furniture arrangement. A 3-dimensional virtual reality engine(10) outputs video information for displaying housing complex or external view of a house as virtual screen through a 3-dimensional video output unit(11). The virtual reality engine(10) outputs video information for displaying a plane structure of a house on a virtual screen through a plane design video output unit(12). The virtual reality engine(10) outputs video information for displaying furniture, location and directions of an internal structure on a plane virtual screen through an interior video output unit(13). If a user inputs information on geomantic studies through a user terminal(C), a management server(A) outputs a decision result.
