PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light weight, small size vibration-proof power generating motor for vehicle of the simplified structure. SOLUTION: A recessed space S is formed in the side of a housing 1 of an engine with a pulley provided to a crank shaft 2 of the engine, a rare earth magnet 17 is then fixed to the pulley 10 in opposition within the recessed space S, and a stator yoke 21 is then fixed to the housing 1.
