PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat shielding mounting structure of an outdoor housing capable of rigidly mounting at a low cost. SOLUTION: The outdoor housing 10 for housing an electronic equipment comprises a protrusion 13 for mounting a heat shielding plate 12 at a cover 11 of the housing 10. Thus, the plate 12 is mounted via a gap at the surface of the cover 11 with the protrusion 13.
