PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate document delivery such as printer/FAX/electronic mail/file transfer in a network environment mutually connecting plural network environments. SOLUTION: A document is retrieved from browser terminals 43 and 52 through an access server 20 by browsing, a delivery destination is retrieved through a discovery server 30, and that document is delivered to a FAX 3 corresponding to public network, printer 4, FAX 5, electronic mail address of the opposite party (mail server 6) or storage of the opposite party 7. From the browser terminal 43, only the instruction of document delivery (retrieval/ designation of document desired to deliver and the retrieval/designation of the delivery destination) is performed and the document itself is delivered without through the browser terminal 43 but through the access server 20 and the discovery server 30. |
