PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an iris recognition device easily operated by a photographed person, particularly a beginner. SOLUTION: This iris recognition device for recognizing an individual by extracting the image of the iris from an eye image is provided with a guide light 11 lighted when the picked-up element 10 of an image pickup device 2 for photographing the eyes of the photographed person, and a half mirror 8 for making the visual line of the photographed person who looks at the guide light 11 coincide with an optical axis of the image pickup element 10. |
