<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform notification of transfer information, such as a change of residence address of a user to a notifying destination in place of the user. SOLUTION: This transfer information notifying method is characterized by providing a step for receiving the transfer information, in which the present notification information such as the change of address and a change of name of a customer which is already notified to the notifying destination should be changed and its notifying destination via an electrical communication line, a step of collecting the present customer information already stored in a service of the notifying destination for the customer, a step of creating the notification information to be notified to the notifying destination, based on the present customer information and the transfer information, and a step of transmitting the notification information to the notifying destination via the electrical communication line and to notify it in place of the customer.</p> |
