PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily manufacturable magnetic impedance effect element usable as an angle sensor capable of detecting all directions as well. SOLUTION: A magnetic sensitive part 1 is composed by connecting linearly formed first and second magnetic sensitive parts 1a and 1b so as to cross each other. First, second and third electrodes composed of an excellently conductive material are connected to one end of the magnetic sensitive part, respectively, the connection part of the first and second magnetic sensitive parts and the other end of the magnetic sensitive part. To the magnetic sensitive part 1, a unidirectional bias magnetic field Hb is impressed by a magnet 5 composed of a hard magnetic material.
