PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip-shaped LC composite component, to which a large current can be made to flow, which does not require a complicated manufacturing process, which eliminates warpages, breaks, degradation of an insulation resistance or the like and whose reliability is sufficient. SOLUTION: A pair of external electrodes 4a, 4b, which come into continuity with internal electrodes 2a, 2b, are arranged and installed at a ceramic element (capacitor element) 3, where the internal electrodes 2a, 2b for capacitance formation are arranged and installed in a dielectric ceramic 1. An insulation coated conductor 15 is wound on the outer circumferential part of the ceramic element 3 to form a coil 5. One end part 5a of the coil 5 is connected to the external electrode 4a on one side, and the other end part 5b is connected to the external electrode 4b on the other side. A magnetic substance resin 6 is arranged and installed around the ceramic element 3, in such a way that the coil 5 is embedded.
