PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component, a manufacturing method, and a wireless terminal equipment having a high Q-factor (loss is small). SOLUTION: The equipment is provided with a base 13, a ditch 14 installed in the base 13, a conducting film 15 partly installed in the ditch 14 and extended from the ditch 14. A couple of external electrodes 16 and 17 connected to the conducting film 15 electrically and installed at both ends of the base 13 are provided.
