PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave oven which can uniformly heat an object. SOLUTION: In the microwave oven which has a heater unit having a heater element arranged in stretch in a tubular crystallized glass in the oven of the above microwave oven, the heater element is constituted so that a heating element density near of its center section may differ from the heating element density of its both end sections. A heater unit 1 in which the heater element 2 is contained is arranged to a predetermined position in the oven, and rotating the heated object carries out heating cooking.
