摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve tracking precision by learning cyclic disturbance accompanying the rotation of a disk. SOLUTION: This drive has a head 68 which moves to an arbitrary track position on a disk medium 64, a position signal detection part 78 which detects a position signal corresponding to a position shift quantity based upon the specific position of the track of the medium by the head, a feedback control part 80 which computes a control signal for moving the head so that the position shift quantity is suppressed to zero from the position signal, a driving part 54 which drives the head 68 according to the control signal, and a learning control part 82 which obtains an unknown function of one disk rotation accompanying the cyclic disturbance as an approximate function approximated and estimated with the height of each section obtained by dividing the time of one rotation of the disk medium by N in a memory equipped with N memory cells by learning algorithm; and the learning control part 82 reads learning results of two memory cells at positions precedent by a specific phase quantity and performs interpolation processing to generate a cyclic disturbance compensation signal.
