PURPOSE: A perfume device with a natural and functional perfume combined with a cellular phone and a portable wired and wireless communication device is provided to guide the promotion of health because a user is naturally exposed by a perfume medical treatment method when opening and closing a flip and performing a telephone conversation by embedding a natural and functional aromatic in the device. CONSTITUTION: A fumigation heat line ceramic structure(5) is installed in a case of a cellular phone(1) or a portable wired and wireless communication device such as a PDA and a notebook and a folding surface(4) of a battery(3), and electrically connects according to the opening and closing of a flip and the on/off of a power for being operated when transmitting and receiving an electric wave. A cartridge liquid(7) and a solid vaporization unit(8) are combined with the fumigation heat line ceramic structure(5). A ring(6) is composed for solidly fixing and easily attaching and detaching the fumigation heat line ceramic structure(5).
