PURPOSE: A glue designed to be stored in an inverse posture and capable of keeping wet condition continuously is provided to prevent the rolling thereof, to prevent the damage of glue apply portion, and to enable a user to use glue stored in a container completely. CONSTITUTION: The glue designed to be stored in an inverse posture and capable of keeping wet condition continuously consists of a quadrangular pyramid shaped container(1), an inner cap(8), an outer cap(12), a sponge(4), a primary cover(15), and a secondary cover(19). When a user pushes the glue against the ground with a one-touch type cap(23) of the secondary cover is opened, the sponge becomes pushed by the secondary cover, and a projection of the inner cap becomes pushed by the ground, so a circular boss of the outer cap is opened. Thereby, the glue is discharged from a secondary discharge hole(13) of the outer cap through a first discharge hole(9) of the inner cap.
