PURPOSE: An air separator for a gas boiler is provided to maximize the heating effect of a gas boiler by separating air from the heating water circulating through a circulation heating pipe. CONSTITUTION: An air separator for a gas boiler comprises a cylindrical body(10) having a heating water inlet hole(11) and a heating water outlet hole(12), a guide protrusion(30) for collecting vapor in the center and draining pure heating water through the heating water outlet hole, and a cover(20) having a discharge hole(21) for discharging the vapor out of the body. Herein, the length of the guide protrusion is shorter than the diameter of the heating water outlet hole to effectively collect vapor. Since only pure heating water is circulated through a circulation heating pipe, heat transfer efficiency is improved.
