PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor that can easily accept entry of parameters to be set in the case of carrying out a prescribed operation, to accommodate to a small-scale network environment, and to provide its control method and storage medium. SOLUTION: The image processor registers parameters to be set for carrying out a prescribed operation from an MFP(multi function peripheral) 1 or an optional host computer connected to a network 10 as a set of the parameters and assigns the parameter set to a parameter set call key 27 and depressing a parameter set call key 27, as required, in the operation of the MFP1 (at image read or facsimile transmission reception) operates the MFP1.
