PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify processing for wait of cancellation for a user by registering the queue of the cancellation. SOLUTION: This system comprises a reservation receiving means 4 for displaying a reservation receiving screen in a user terminal 5 in response to a requirement from the user terminal to receive an offer of reservation and a registration for the wait of the cancellation, and for receiving an offer of cancellation of the reservation offer, a cancellation wait registering means 2 for sequencing the offer of the cancellation received by the reservation receiving means to be registered, and a notifying means 3 for notifying a vacant seat by the cancellation. The notifying means 3 informs the user terminal of information as to the vacant seat by the cancellation according to the queue of the cancellation registered in the cancellation wait registering means so as to inquire a necessity of reservation. |
