PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real estate investing system capable of not only separat ing the work but also expecting the smooth flow of a property. SOLUTION: This real estate investing system comprises a real estate possessing means 1 for purchasing and possessing a real estate, a running means 2 for actually running this real estate, a managing means 3 for managing the real estate, and a holding means 4 for possessing stocks of the running means 2 and the managing means 3. The real estate possessing means 1 receives an investment from an investor 5, and purchases and possesses the real estate in response to a command from the managing means 3. The running means 2 performs work for improving profit of the real estate. The managing means 3 selects a purchased object of the real estate possessing means 1. After the holding means 4 and the real estate possessing means 1 are listed, this system exchanges between a stock of the holding means 4 and a stock of the real estate possessing means 1. |
