PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve various confused factors that an organizer of a meeting should send invitations to each of persons supposing to join the meeting and a share of meeting expenses can't be collected from a person who can't participate in the meeting suddenly on the day of the meeting in the conventional method. SOLUTION: At the stage of determining a hotel or a restaurant to be a place for a meeting, an organizer inputs data such as the date and place of the meeting, each share of meeting expenses and persons to be participated in the meeting to a fixed format by using the invented system and transmits the data from the terminal of the hotel or the restaurant to a meeting information publishing server. The server receiving the data automatically opens a home page for guiding the meeting, so that the home page can be observed from any place and the meeting information can be acquired. A person observing the home page and intending to participate in the meeting can make application for participation in the meeting or pay his (or her) share of the meeting expanses through the Internet. |
