PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic telephone questionnaire system and a research method for providing service capable of sufficiently satisfying the needs of a sponsor enterprise to be an orderer so that a winning rate is improved by giving incentive to each service subscriber, a cost is reduced and really required segmented information can be quickly collected. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a distribution center 5, the Internet 4, a mobile body network 3 connected to the center 5 through the Internet 4, and subscriber's terminals 1, 10 connected to the network 3. When a request is outputted from an orderer 9, the center 5 segments a target from a personal attribute database(DB) of users of portable telephones to be the terminals 1, 10 and researches the target. |
