PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile wireless terminal, the conductive flat plate of which is made small that is used to reduce the quantity of electromagnetic waves absorbed by a human body among the electromagnetic generated waves. SOLUTION: The mobile wireless terminal 1, where a printed circuit board required for wireless communication, the conductive flat plate 3 and a shield case 2 acting as a ground conductor and enclosing the printed circuit board are covered by an enclosure made of a nonconductive material, is provided with an antenna-feeding section 4 and an antenna 5. Slits 8a, 8b are formed in the vicinity of a position, at which the conductive flat plate 3 and the shield case 2 are short-circuited by a short-circuit conductor 7.
