PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a message reproduction function for selecting an optimum message based on each kind of parameter and reproducing the message by voice. SOLUTION: When the portable terminal machine starts to be charged, a control section monitors a message reproduction command in a charge operation sequence. When the control section detects the message reproduction command, the control section reads each kind of parameter from a memory section for analysis, selects an optimum speech message in a text format according to an analysis result out of at least one speech message data in a text format stored at the memory section, and converts the speech message to an analog voice message for reproducing from speakers.
