PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call processing system for processing a call at high rate in an exchange. SOLUTION: Information element data 11, 12 and 13 previously recording data identical to that of an information element 201 in a message 20 are provided. Each received information element 201 is compared with the registered information element data 11, 12 and 13 through comparison processing 21, 22, 23 of a comparison processing group 2 and collective processing 3-5 is performed when they match each other. Number of matching times counters 24-26 corresponding to the comparison processing 21-23 are provided in the comparison processing group 2 and up counted every time when they match each other. Counts of these counters 24-26 are compared constantly, position of the comparison processing 21-23 is replaced depending on the receiving frequency of each information element 201 and an information element 201 having a high frequency is compared preferentially.
