PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic bag for portable telephone which can effectively cut the microwaves generated at close range to the brain or ear of the user from the portable telephone and besides does not interfere with the operation of jog dial or the like. SOLUTION: This is a plastic bag 20 used by covering the upper segment 2 of a portable telephone 1. A seal 30 for prevention of electromagnetic waves is stuck to the front upper part of this bag 20. This seal 30 for prevention of electromagnetic waves cuts the microwaves generated from the portable telephone 1 against, at least, the head of the user. It will do to form an electromagnetic wave preventive film, by depositing metallic material in place of a seal 30. The seal or deposited film for prevention of electromagnetic waves can cut microwaves of about 800 MHz by 99% or over.
