PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visually confirm a relation between a position of an object and a position of an image pickup camera. SOLUTION: To a digital broadcast signal, GPS position information of mobile bodies being objects, mapping map information resulting from mapping position information of the mobile bodies being the objects and/or position information of image pickup cameras onto a map, any of or a combination of image pickup range information by each image pickup camera, object information by each image pickup camera, and profile information with respect to the mobile bodies being the objects are multiplexed to be transmitted.
