PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize a present position and inform its present position. SOLUTION: A mobile telephone comprises a position recognition part 10 for receiving microwaves transmitted form a satellite 4 and recognizing its own position, based on the received micro waves; a transmission means 2 for transmitting position information as information on the position recognized by the position recognition part 10 to a prescribed destination 7 which has beforehand been designated; a speech information receiving means 2 for receiving speech information associated with the position information, which is created and transmitted in the prescribed destination 7, based on the position information transmitted by the transmission means 2; and a speech output means 2 for outputting the speech information received by the speech information receiving means 2 by speech.
