PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for forming a three-dimensional figure on the basis of two-dimensional graphic data and a storage medium so as to form a three-dimensional figure through input of a two-dimensional shape observed from the upper side and a distance and a height from the edge of this shape. SOLUTION: The shape of the three-dimensional figure in the vision observed from the right upper side is inputted, and a figure showing a relationship between a horizontal distance and a height from the nearest edge in the inputted shape is inputted and transformed into a graphic function. The three-dimensional figure decided univocally by the shape and the graph is formed.
