The panel is used for building of industrially constructed buildings. It consists of two external layers with heat insulation between them. The long edges of the panel are fabricated of an elastic element folded in two in the fold of which the stem of a T-profile is inserted, the projecting part of the folded elastic element being in contact with the heat insulation. The base of a second T-shaped profile (10) is fitted along the long edges of the panel, the stem; of which is inserted in the fold of a second elastic element (11) folded in two, its projecting part (5) being found outside the ends of the external layers (1) of the panel. The short edges of the panel (12) are made of an upper elastic element (12a) folded in two, and lower elastic element (12b) folded in two, both having ends (7) which are fabricated outside the overall dimensions of the panel. In the panel, a rectangular hole (3) is fabricated, the vertical walls of which are part of the long edges of the panel, and the horizontal upper and lower wall of hole (3) are made of a horizontal elastic element (6) folded in two, in the fold of which the stem of a horizontal T-shaped profile (10) is inserted. The projecting part (5) of the horizontally folded elastic elements (6) is in contact with the heat insulation (2), and the ends (7) of the horizontal elastic elements (6) are found outside the overall dimensions of the panel. In hole (3), a lower (8) and upper (9) U-shaped wedge are fitted close to its wall, connected along their chamfered vertical walls (17), the external horizontal surfaces of said wedges (8 & 9) are leaning to the bases of the horizontal T-shaped profiles (10) of hole (3), respectively. To the internal walls of the lower (8) and upper (9) U-shaped wedge, a left (19) and right (20) U-shaped wedges are leaning, connected along their horizontal walls (21).
