PURPOSE: A business model and a system for collecting dormant coins are provided to establish a system interworking with government agencies, banks and card companies to collect dormant coins and circulated coins in a short time, and to make coins paid to an account of a user. CONSTITUTION: In a method using a coin safe, a user appoints a new account or an existing account to make a bank use a coin collection system. With appointing an account, the coin safe and a transaction card are provided. The user inserts coins into the coin safe. If predetermined coins are collected, the coins are settled in a coin collection device then paid to the account of the user. In a method using an existing credit card or a transaction card, the user applies for a coin pay procedure in the coin collection device with the card, and inserts coins into a coin slot and the coins are paid to an account of the user. |
