PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing water-proof and mortar paraffin wax suitable for urgent repairing work and water-proof work of concrete buildings and other structure and to be charged into cracked portion and to adhere it to obtain safety of structure. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises preparing and introducing dried and selected sands and solid raw material into a chamber to fuse paraffin wax. The solid raw material comprises 5-40% of polystene polynormal, 50-80% of paraffin wax, 5-30% of microwax and 5-30% rosin (AT 5-30%). The material is mixed in a liquid state at 150-220 deg.C of melting point. The dried and selected sands are added into the mixture in a g weight ratio of 70-90g, optionally followed by stone powder and/or other coloring materials. Alternatively, small sized is solid mortar paraffin wax capable being easily fused and used.
