PURPOSE: A portable non-contact non-destruction laser instrument for inspecting defect and deformation is provided to measure the defect or deformation of an object without contact and destruction, to make use convenient, and to make conveyance possible. CONSTITUTION: A portable non-contact non-destruction laser instrument comprises an optical guide cable(1) for guiding a laser beam, an optical guide cable fixing device(23), beam splitters(2,3,4,5) for splitting the laser beam, mirrors(6,8,9,10,12) for reflecting the split beams, a light diffusing lens(19) for diffusing the reflected beams, a light diffusing concave lens(20) two-dimensionally diffusing the diffused beams, an optical direction control screw for controlling the irradiating direction of the diffused beams, an arm(22) for fixing the concave mirror on a body, a piezoelectric mirrors(7,11,13,17) for controlling the phase change of the laser beam, and a CCD(Charge Coupled Device) camera(18) for making an image of the beams combined by a photocoupler(16). Through the image formed in the CCD camera, the defect or deformation of an object is detected without contact and destruction.
