PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out transmission and reception for data in an ordering company and an order receiving company by the Internet, and automate data input work and various kinds of processings to simplify placing/receiving of orders and journalizing. SOLUTION: Terminal equipment for the order receiving company receiving an order data from a terminal equipment for the order placing company prepares an order data, a demand data and an order receiving company side journal data to transmit the demand data. The order placing company terminal equipment prepares an order placing company side temporal journalizing data, and transmits a paying side transfer data based on the received demand data to terminal equipment for a bank having an account with the order placing company. The terminal for the bank transmits based thereon transfer data for the money receiving side and the paying side to the terminal equipment for the order receiving company and the order placing company respectively. The terminal equipment for the both companies conducts checking-processing between the respective temporal data and payment.receipt-of- money data based on the received transfer data for the receiving side or the paying side to prepare an actual journalizing data. |
