PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device and a whose entire lens surface brightly light as traffic signals for pedestrians. SOLUTION: A first base 5, an insulating rubber 6, and an aluminum plate 25 are provided in the upper part of the cylindrical stanchion 3 of an emitter 1. A group of plural light emitting diodes 15 are provided by turning them in the axial direction of the stanchion 3 on the first base 5, and a group of plural light emitting diodes 17 are provided by turning them sideward on a second base 7. Groups of light emitting diodes 19, 21, 23 are mounted to a third base 9, a fourth base 11 and a fifth base 13 respectively. The group of light emitting diodes 17 light in red, and other groups of light emitting diodes 15, 19, 21, 23 light in white. |
