<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color converting filter substrate, and a color converting system organic light emitting device using the color converting filter substrate having a protection film which can bury a level difference of a phosphor layer and protect the phosphor layer from heat, light, or the like. SOLUTION: The color converting filter substrate is equipped with a support substrate, at least one color converting pattern layer containing a fluorescent coloring matter arranged on the support substrate, and a protection layer which is prepared on the support substrate, and prepared so that the whole color converting pattern layer may be covered at least. The above protection layer has an upper surface of a height more than the thickness of the above color converting pattern layer, a side surface having an angleαto the above support substrate, and the angleαmade by the above support substrate and the side surface is 70 degrees or less.</p> |
