PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive anti-reflection material having high light transmissivity and low reflectivity and having both excellent transparency and excellent conductivity, and provide an electronic image display device. SOLUTION: In this transparent conductive anti-reflection material, a transparent base material is provided with (a) a transparent conductive layer formed by a metal thin layer by electroless plating, and (b) an anti-reflection layer. The transparent conductive layer is formed on the transparent base material, and at least (a) the transparent conductive layer, (b) the anti-reflection layer and the layer containing the transparent base material have transparency. A manufacturing method for the material. An electronic image display device includes the transparent conductive anti-reflection material. |
