SOLUTION: An international telephone company is specified in advance (this specification is done during manufacture or, after purchase, a user inputs a desired international telephone company to a telecommunication terminal). When 010, country code, and domestic number of the other party is sequentially dialed, the identification number of the specified international telephone company is automatically added to change this number to the identification number of the international telephone company, 010, country code, and domestic number, and the number is dialed. Alternatively, a button exclusively used for international calls is provided, and, when a user presses the button exclusively used for international calls, the identification number of the specified international telephone company, and 010 is dialed.
