The invention relates to a method of treating some ovarian estrogen-dependent condition, consisting in administrating a woman the analogue of the gonadotropin-releasing hormone for at least 30 days in a sufficient quantity in order to decrease the blood circulating estrogen level to 20 pg/ml or less, followed by the administration of an antiprogestational agent in an antiproliferative and bone-preserving quantity, in ovarian condition as: amenorrhea, endometriosis, uterine leiomyomata, premenstrual syndromes and disfunctional uterine bleeding.
