PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cash register account system comprising a money receiving and dispensing machine and a voucher receiving machine capable of performing an erasing process of vouchers at the place of use by sending a coupon type code and a coupon inherent number of the voucher read by the voucher receiving machine to an externally installed erasing exclusive machine when vouchers such as merchandise coupons are paid by a customer as purchase payment for commodities. SOLUTION: The money receiving and dispensing machine and the voucher receiving machine are connected so as to mutually communicate denomination information. When change is needed for the voucher such as the merchandise coupon paid by the customer as purchase payment, the change is dispensed from the money receiving and dispensing machine. The voucher receiving machine reads voucher number information provided on the voucher such as the merchandise coupon and it has a function sending out information allowing the specification of the voucher included in the read voucher number information.
