PURPOSE: An information encryption method is provided to make possible user verification without the installation of a certificate in a client terminal and to improve data processing and networking speed by reducing the volume of encoded data transferred to a web server from a client. CONSTITUTION: A client terminal(100) is connected to a web verification server(200), a service server(250), and a payment system server(300) through the Internet(150). The web verification server is an encoding server performing encoding and decoding. The web verification server offers a log-in page loading an open key and an encoding module including a message reducing module and a data compressing module to the client server when a connection request is requested from the client terminal. The web verification server decodes the encoded user information and performs user verification by comparing the decoded information to pre-stored user information. The payment system server offers a payment web page to the client terminal of the verified client and receives payment information from the client. The payment server transfers the information to the server of a payment organization(350) after decoding the information.
