PURPOSE: A grinding wheel for a hand grinder and a combining method thereof are provided to minimize the vibration of a tool by maintaining the balance with the contact surface of a diamond wheel in shank processing, to maximize the life span of the tool by using a material having high heat conductivity, to relieve the fatigue of a worker, and to improve work efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A grinding wheel comprises a shank(20) rotating on the shaft of a grinding wheel and a diamond tip(21). A combining recess is formed on the combining surface of the rim of the shank, and a combining protrusion is formed on the combining surface of a grinder tip. The rim is fixed with the grinder tip by inserting the combining protrusion into the combining recess. A fixed combining surface(22) is processed by cold or hot press.
