PURPOSE: A wire/wireless distribution agent system is provided to integratedly manage freight, company, and car information nationwide, and to perform a quick and exact service by using mobile communication between a client and an agent, so as to increase transportation efficiency through an optimum connection for transportation agency as well as supplying optimum usage environments for the customer through a one-stop service. CONSTITUTION: In the first step, a car owner directly inputs car information and empty car information by using mobile communication or over the Internet. If a client requests a transportation service via the mobile communication, the car owner can contact the client in any places at any time. If a car is delivered, location information on the delivered car is automatically supplied to the client or a call center. The car owner receives transportation information for a quick delivery service. In the second step, a manager directly inputs freight delivery information on the Internet. A load delivery situation is tracked by understanding present states in accordance with transportation steps, preventing overlapped ordering by referring to a present state of a transportation request.
