The invention relates to a process for preparing gas-oil for Diesel engines. According to the invention, the process consists in hydroconditioning the starting material while observing the following operating conditions of the reactor: temperature of 360 degree C, pressure of 60 bars, volume rate of 3 h -1, the resulting conditioned gas-oil being mixed with additives: detergent additive for increasing the cetane number, demulsifying and thawing agents, antifouling agents, dispersing agent, corrosion-proof agent, metal deactivator, depressant, additives for lowering the filtration temperature, antiparaffinous and oiliness additives.
