The invention relates to a machine-tool for flattening, tenoning and cutting, for furniture industry and for small carpenter's shops, which is a multifunction machine that can perform serially the flattening operations by planing, folding, cutting, tenoning and shaping. The claimed machine comprises a bed frame (1) having a table (2) made of cast iron at its upper part, said bed frame being provided with a door (5) for access to the motion transmission system comprising an electric motor (6) with an adjustable attaching device (7), belt pulleys (8) and belts (9), the electric motor (6) transmitting the motion to a short flattening axle (A), to a circular cutting axle (B) placed at the upper part of the table (2) which is provided with a plate (10) with line marks and an indicating plate (11) which indicates the lifting /lowering level of the table (2), a cutting device (C) and a tenoning device (D) being provided on both sides of the table (2).
