Process for preparation of rubber pipe with layered wall formed of at least one rubber interior and exterior layer involves simultaneous extrusion and hardening of layers to form a pipe that has inside diameter up to 20 mm and wall thickness at least 2 mm, with external layer thickness being at least 1/3 of total, interior layer made of acrylonitrile-butadiene (NBR) or H-NBR with high AN content and external layer Mooney No. of minimum 25-65 at hardening point. An Independent claim is also included for the pipe made of layered rubber using the process as claimed.
