PURPOSE: A computer keyboard supplying a digital keyboard is provided to install a function selection device, to make a user select the digital keyboard for playing music or the computer keyboard for inputting/outputting data, so that the user can conveniently use music programs on a computer or play music. CONSTITUTION: A computer keyboard(10) inputs and outputs computer data. A digital keyboard(20) has various buttons controlling additional functions for music performance and music games. A keyboard sound recognizer(30) recognizes a keyboard sound of the digital keyboard(20), and provides the recognized sound to a central processing unit(50). A function selector(40) selects functions of the digital keyboard(20) for music performance or the computer keyboard(10) for data inputting/outputting. If the function of the digital keyboard(20) is selected, the central processing unit(50) sets up each condition corresponding to the selection, and calculates keyboard input data by a music performer when the music performance is started. When each keyboard button is pressed, the central processing unit(50) transmits corresponding key values to a computer through a keyboard input terminal of the computer.
